License Agreement
Use of this software is subject to the software license terms set forth as
follows. Using the software indicates your acceptance of these terms. If you do
not accept these terms, you must delete the software immediately. "Use" means
storing, loading, installing, executing or displaying the software. You may not
modify, disable any licensing and control features or reverse engineer the
software. Time Calculator Deluxe Edition is a form of shareware with certain limitations.
For full functionality, you are required to buy a single user license for this
program or multiple such licenses depending on the number of intended users. You
may not copy or reproduce the purchased or registered version for any purpose
except to make one archival copy of the software. You may not give copies of it
to other people. This includes selling, renting or leasing the software to
others. If you are a registered user, you are entitled to use this product for
your own use only. Prohibited is the use of this software on a network or on
more than one computer at the same time where it is used by more people than you
have purchased licenses for. You must not give away your personal copy. Doing so
will result in an infringement of copyright. M-Azlan Software retains the right
of claims for compensation with respect to damage caused by your giving away of
the software. This claim shall also extend to all costs which M-Azlan Software
incurs in defending itself. In no event will the publisher or developer be
liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or
inability to use, this program or any of its versions. The software and all its
versions are warranted if at all only according to the terms of this licensing
agreement. Except as warranted herein, the publisher and developer of the
software hereby disclaims all warranties and conditions with regard to the
software, including all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability,
fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. M-Azlan Software
retains the right to change or modify this license agreement without notice.
